Size & Cutting Requirements
- Maximum Size: 54mm Height × 85mm Length
- Minimum Size: 15mm Height × 50mm Length
(Rectangular or Square shapes only)
Custom cutting includes rounded edges of the metal badge. The minimum size is set to accommodate the badge fastening length/height. Please note a custom cutting tolerance of ± 0.5mm. Standard metal thickness is 0.5mm; 0.7mm is available upon request.
Different Names?
No problem at all. Send us your list of different names or job titles; it is all included in the price.
Multiple Colours
Your logo can be printed with as many colours as you want, including gradients, at no extra charge. The badge background can also be in any colour, but we recommend selecting the White metal so the background colour you request is accurate and vibrant.
Design Colour Accuracy
Designs printed on Gold or Silver metal will be tinted by the metal shade. If colour accuracy or vibrancy is vital for your branding, please select the White metal option.
Different Size Badges
We offer 4 sizes of rectangle badges in this style. 85x34mm, 75x30mm, 65x25mm and 55x20mm. The are our standard stocked size and are there cost less than this Custom Sized Metal version.
They also include the personalised design in the price.
Pin or Magnetic Fastening
We can attach a standard pin clasp or our premium magnetic fastening. The strong neodymium magnetic fastening prevents damage to uniforms and delicate fabrics, making it ideal for corporate wear. (Note: Magnetic fastenings cannot be worn with a pacemaker).
