REPLACEMENTS
We will happily replace a defective item or if you have received the wrong item. We must be notified within 30 days of the delivery date (or delivery date estimate)
For Personalised Products: The replacement will be the same personalised design as original commissioned, unless the design is itself defective. A defective design/personalisation only includes an issue during our manufacture of the item. This does not include a mistake on the customers part, such as but not limited to misspelling or missing elements of text/image and layout.
RETURNS
For personalised items, we only accept returns for defective products or if you have receive the wrong item. You must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date.
For non-personalised products, returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
IMPORTANT: All our Personalised Items are only covered for loss, delay and damage unless otherwise stated or given under our own discretion. Personalised and custom items are exempt from the Distance Trading Regulations.
When returning product(s) delivery/shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer (unless otherwise stated by ourself and at our discretion). In the case of a defective product and wrong item received cases, we will likely (But not always) either pay for the returns or refund you without the need to return the defective item. REFUNDS
A Refund will be issued within 7 days from when the item is returned in original condition. This will be via the original purchase payment method.
For defective products we may choose, at our discretion, to refund you without the need for returning the item. Also we may choose, at our discretion, to replace the item instead of refunding. (See 'Replacements' above for more information)
LOST + DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the case of Loss or Delay of item(s) due to other parties such as postal services it is important that you contact us then we can advise and amend on any issues. In the case of Damage or faults you are entitled to a full refund or replacement as long as we are notified within the 30 days from delivery date.
UK: We cover Lost items past 10 working days after the estimated arrival. (5 working days for the Priority Delivery service).
Outside the UK: We cover Loss/Delay past 15 working days of estimated arrival.
NON-COLLECTED OR RETURNED BY COURIER
Any orders that have been uncollected by the customer/returned to us by the postal service will be held or for at least 6 months for you. It is up to you to get in contact with us to arrange a re-delivery of such orders. You are not entitled to a refund in this circumstance for personalised product (See returns policy above).
These orders can be collected from ourselves at our returns address on appointment, at no charge or a fee. for posting the order again we will require the delivery cost be paid before the order is resent (in the case of "Free Delivery" on the original order, the delivery cost will be calculated by ourselves and quoted to you). Fees due to country customs/tax are not covered by us so please make sure you know the terms set before purchasing from overseas.
CANCELLATIONS
You are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund at any time before we begin manufacture.
Once we begin to manufacture your order, we may only be able to refund the remaining non-manufactured items remaining on the order and/or delivery. So please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel, so we can stop your order progression and we can advise you further.
