We offer free assistance in creating the design for your purchased personalised items. This includes:
- adding photos/ images and logos.
- standard cropping and resizing images.
- adding text.
- altering text sizes, colours, styles and fonts.
- laying out image/text for the design.
- limited photo editing (fading edges, brightening dark photos, changing logo colours etc)
We are happy to help you as much as we can, but please be aware some advanced text/ photo editing techniques will not be included in the free service.

Instead of using the websites design tool "Start Designing" green button, skip this and use the blue "Add To Cart" button. Then email us your design details after your purchase.
To help avoid confusion, please let us know you are emailing your design details instead. To do this let know in the "Additional Comments" text box on the item page or checkout page.
Before I order, I want to make sure you can create the design I am wanting.
No problem, just ask us. Send us an email with the details and we will be happy to assist. Even before you send a penny!
I have created a design using the website design tool, but want you to check it or make changes.
When purchasing let us know you would like some design adjustments/ assistance by using the "Additional Comments" text box on the item page or at checkout. Then email us any additional details if needed.
If you have already ordered and think you have made a design mistake or want to request a change. Email us asap.
This way we can pause manufacture and assist you in creating the design you want. (This will be including in our free service). If we have already manufactured the item we cannot change the design, give a refund or cancel the order.
